Job Summary

The Campus Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the college campus, ensuring a secure, disciplined, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The role includes monitoring campus facilities, coordinating with security and housekeeping teams, supporting student discipline, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Operations
- Supervise the daily functioning of the college campus.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of classrooms, laboratories, library, common areas, and other facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, transport, and security teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of campus infrastructure and report maintenance requirements.

Student Discipline & Welfare
- Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to college rules and code of conduct.




- Address minor disciplinary issues and escalate serious cases to the appropriate authorities.
- Support student safety and well-being by maintaining a secure campus environment.
- Assist in managing student movement during college hours, examinations, and events.

Safety & Security
- Coordinate with the security team to ensure campus security.
- Monitor entry and exit of visitors and ensure visitor management procedures are followed.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, health, and emergency preparedness protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and prepare incident reports.

Event & Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing college events, seminars, workshops, examinations, and graduation ceremonies.
- Coordinate venue readiness, seating arrangements, logistics, and crowd management.
