We are looking for an experienced
DataStage Administrator
to support, manage, and enhance IBM DataStage environments across projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of ETL platforms while working closely with development and database teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and administer IBM DataStage environments across development, test, and production landscapes.
- Proactively monitor ETL jobs, system performance, and batch schedules to ensure optimal throughput and minimal downtime.
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions across multiple DataStage projects in line with governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, performance bottlenecks, connectivity issues, and environment-related incidents in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute DataStage version upgrades, patch installations, and setting migrations with minimal business impact.
- Collaborate closely with ETL developers, DBAs,



infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth end-to-end data pipeline operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for environment configurations, operational procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness of the DataStage infrastructure.
- Support audit, compliance, and operational reviews by providing required technical inputs and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with
IBM DataStage administration
and ETL concepts.
- Good working knowledge of
SQL
,
Unix/Linux
, and basic database administration concepts.
- Experience in monitoring, scheduling, and performance tuning of ETL jobs.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple environments and priorities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
