About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to support our design and project team in preparing architectural drawings, design presentations, technical details, and site coordination documents. The candidate should have a strong interest in architecture, construction, materials, and practical site execution. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working under the guidance of senior architects, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detail drawings.
- Assist in concept design, space planning, layout development, and design presentations.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Support the preparation of drawings required for approvals, client presentations, construction, and site execution.




- Coordinate with civil engineers, project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and vendors.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions, verify measurements, and support execution.
- Prepare material schedules, door/window schedules, area statements, and basic BOQ support.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from senior architects, clients, consultants, or site teams.
- Maintain proper drawing documentation, file organization, and version control. Research materials, construction techniques, sustainable design options, and architectural references.
- Ensure drawings follow project standards, dimensions, scale, and basic building regulations.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of architectural drafting and design basics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or MS Office will be an added advantage.
