Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Information Technology Administrator role based in Bengaluru. The IT Administrator will manage and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and user accounts, ensuring systems are secure, updated,



and performing optimally. Daily responsibilities include handling network configuration, monitoring connectivity, managing firewalls and routers, and supporting surveillance and other technology solutions deployed for clients. The role involves providing timely technical support to team members, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating complex incidents when needed. The IT Administrator will also assist with system backups, documentation, asset inventory, vendor coordination, and implementation of IT policies and best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, with experience managing IT environments in a professional setting.
- Hands-on skills in System Administration, including user account management, operating system configuration, patching, and backup routines.
- Competence in Network Administration, including LAN/WAN manage
