Role Description
The Global Mobility Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for overseeing end-to-end global mobility programs for employees relocating or on international assignments. This role manages immigration processes, relocation logistics, and assignment-related benefits, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and company policies. The Global Mobility Manager collaborates closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and external partners to design and implement mobility strategies that support business objectives and provide a positive employee experience. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating mobility requests, coordinating with immigration and relocation vendors, managing documentation, monitoring timelines, and resolving mobility-related issues. The role also involves analyzing mobility data, optimizing policies and processes, and communicating clearly with stakeholders and employees throughout the mobility lifecycle.
