AGRO RANGERS is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting regenerative natural farming practices among youth and farmers in India. Based in Dhamari village in Shirur block in the Pune district of Maharashtra, the organization focuses on restoring degraded agricultural land. AGRO RANGERS aims to protect farming from environmental degradation by preventing soil and reducing farmers’ dependence on debt. A key focus is engaging and empowering young people to pursue sustainable careers in natural farming through Agroforestry.

AGRO RANGERS is looking for driven individuals to support our mission of empowering small farmers.

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Work Locations: Daund, Haveli, Rajgurunagar (Khed), and Ambegaon blocks of Pune district

Stipend: 8,000/ Per Month + incentives (upto 2,000)

Who can apply?

* Students or graduates in B.Sc. Agriculture, BSW, Rural Development, Forestry, or related disciplines

* Freshers who are passionate about rural development, sustainability, and working in the field
