Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for a workforce of 1,000,-1,500 employees. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll operations, labor law compliance, and statutory regulations while ensuring timely salary processing and adherence to legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll for 1,000,-1,500 employees with complete accuracy.
- Validate attendance, leave records, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, overtime, and deductions.
- Prepare and process Full & Final (F&F;) settlements, bonus, gratuity, and leave encashment as applicable.




- Generate salary sheets, bank transfer files, payslips, and payroll MIS reports.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, taxation, deductions, and statutory advantages.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely payroll inputs and salary disbursement.

Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Liaise with government authorities and external consultants for compliance-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and other applicable statutory regulations.
