Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resources Specialist
to join our growing team. In this remote contract role, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and people processes. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to create a seamless employee experience while helping us build a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.




- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Support HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee HR-related queries in a timely and skilled manner.
- Coordinate employee benefits and ensure HR data accuracy.
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience with recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment platforms such as Link
