Key Requirements:
Prosci Certification is mandatory.
Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience engaging C-suite executives and senior leadership.
Expertise in change impact assessments, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
Ability to drive organizational transformation programs across multiple business functions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Experience working in complex, quick-paced corporate environments.
Preferred:
Consulting or large-scale transformation program experience.
Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.
Level: Senior Manager preferred; strong Manager-level candidates with significant executive stakeholder management experience will also be considered.
