Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage vendor sourcing, product procurement, local purchases, and purchase order execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, vendor coordination abilities, and analytical thinking to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement operations.

Experience: 1–2 years experience in end to end purchase process

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle vendor sourcing and negotiation to identify reliable suppliers and obtain competitive pricing.
- Manage product sourcing based on organizational requirements and specifications.
- Oversee local purchase handling to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
- Provide procurement support and purchase order (PO) execution, including preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors for follow-ups on quotations, deliveries, and payment-related matters.
- Conduct cost analysis and comparison to optimize procurement expenses and improve cost efficiency.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases,



and purchase documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Robust negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Good analytical skills for cost comparison and purchase analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and procurement documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively.

Preferred Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management & Logistics(Preferrable), or related field.
- Relevant experience in procurement/purchase operations is preferred.
