Role Description
The Senior Content Writer internship at TickoraDesk is a remote role focused on crafting transparent, engaging content that supports product marketing and customer education. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching customer support and SaaS topics, writing and editing web pages, blog posts, email copy, and in-app messaging, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels. The intern will collaborate with product, marketing,



and customer success teams to translate complex platform features into accessible, user-friendly content. Additional tasks may include contributing to content strategy, optimizing existing content for clarity and impact, and supporting documentation and knowledge base materials.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats and audiences.
