Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM and Web implementations

Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with D365 functional consultants, developers, and architects

Support configuration of entities (tables), relationships, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules

Define and document end-to-end business processes across Sales, Service, and Partner/Account management

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint reviews

Plan and support UAT execution, defect triage, and business sign-off

Coordinate with integration teams on data migration, data synchronization, and API-based integrations

Ensure CRM solutions align with business objectives and platform best practices

Support release planning, production deployment, and post-go-live activities Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Solid understanding of:




D365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Partner/Account Management)

Dataverse data model and security roles

CRM processes and workflows

Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

Solid documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) :
Understanding of standard objects, flows, and CRM processes

Exposure to SFDC-to-D365 or multi-CRM environments is a plus

Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

Exposure to enterprise integrations and API-based systems

Experience with data migration, reporting, or analytics

Relevant CRM certifications (D365 or SFDC)
