Role Description
The Production Manager role at AURANAPEX is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. The Production Manager oversees the planning and execution of event and artist-related productions, ensuring that all technical, logistical, and creative elements align with project requirements and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors,



preparing production schedules, managing budgets, supervising technical setups, and conducting on-site walkthroughs and rehearsals. The role involves monitoring production timelines, troubleshooting issues in real time, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring smooth event operations from setup through teardown. The Production Manager will also contribute to process improvement, documentation, and post-event evaluations to support continuous enhancement of production workflows.
