Your Role
- In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across your assigned territory, delivering best-in-class technical service and support for a broad portfolio of laboratory instruments and equipment. You will own the full service lifecycle — from installation and commissioning through to preventive maintenance and complex troubleshooting — ensuring every interaction drives customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Your work directly enables scientific progress by keeping critical laboratory systems running at peak performance.
- Working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal technical experts, you will proactively identify opportunities to promote service solutions and contribute to business growth. You will manage all service activities in compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain accurate, timely records in the customer relationship management system. Through your technical expertise and customer-focused approach, you will raise the bar for service delivery and play a key role in building long-term customer partnerships.
Who You Are
- You hold an Engineering degree or technical diploma in a relevant discipline, or bring equivalent hands-on experience in field service or laboratory instrumentation.
