Job Description

The Sales Associate will support the Business Development team by identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and assisting in the execution of the sales process. The role involves lead generation, inbound and outbound calling, scheduling client meetings, preparing sales proposals and work orders, maintaining CRM records,



coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial engagement to deal closure.

This position is ideal for a proactive and enthusiastic sales skilled with prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or real estate consulting, who possesses strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build relationships while contributing to business growth and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound sales activities.

· Understand client requirements and schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.

· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and lead nurturing.
