About the Role
Trufrost & Butler is looking for a Manager - Spare Parts to oversee the opera¢ons of
its Mother Warehouse in Bhiwandi. The role is responsible for ensuring the
availability of spare parts across our na¢onwide service network through ecient
inventory management, warehouse opera¢ons, and ¢mely dispatch.
Key Responsibili¢es
Manage day-to-day warehouse opera¢ons, including receipt, storage, inventory, and
dispatch of spare parts.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and ERP
transac¢ons.
Monitor stock levels, ageing inventory, and replenishment requirements.
Coordinate ¢mely dispatches to regional warehouses, service engineers, and service
partners.
Manage warranty returns, defec¢ve parts, repairs, and reverse logis¢cs.
Lead and supervise warehouse sta, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety
standards.
Coordinate with Service, Procurement, Logis¢cs, Finance, and regional warehouses
to ensure uninterrupted availability of spares.




Qualica¢ons & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logis¢cs, Opera¢ons, Commerce, or
a related eld.
610 years of experience in spare parts warehouse management.
Experience in Commercial Refrigera¢on, Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Appliances,
or similar industries preferred.
Skills
Strong knowledge of spare parts inventory and warehouse opera¢ons.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred); knowledge of Salesforce
CRM is an advantage.
Valuable planning, analy¢cal, team management, and communica¢on skills.
