Job Role: Product Sales Manager - CMS & POS

Drive acquisition, onboarding, activation, and portfolio growth of Merchant Acquiring (POS/EDC, Bharat QR, UPI) and Cash Management Services (Collections, Payments, Escrow, Digital Integrations) across assigned markets. Lead a team of Assistant Product Sales Managers to generate new business, deepen client relationships, and drive product penetration through close collaboration with branch banking and relationship teams. Ensure seamless implementation, portfolio retention, and adherence to compliance standards while achieving business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition for POS, QR, UPI and CMS solutions.
- Generate business through mapped branches, relationship managers, and self-sourced leads.
- Identify and develop opportunities across collections, payments, escrow, and merchant acquiring solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and transaction volume growth.
- Manage and grow existing client portfolios through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.




- Train and enable branch and RM teams on CMS and Acquiring products.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demos, and market activation campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, audit, and risk management guidelines.
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Assistant Product Sales Managers.

Job Requirements

Education
- Graduate in BBA, BMS, BAF, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. IT or equivalent.
- MBA preferred.

Experience
- Min 6 years of experience in Merchant Acquiring/POS sales with a bank, payment company, or acquirer.
- Exposure to Cash Management Services (CMS), GTS, Collections, Payments, Escrow, or Digital Integration solutions preferred.
- Experience in field sales, relationship management, and team handling is desirable.
