Position: Accountant
Location: Kochi

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure accurate accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Manage GST filing, TDS compliance, and tax-related documentation
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
- Ensure timely payments and collections
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant / Accounts Executive
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting practices and taxation
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
