Pinnacle FutureBuild is looking for a
Senior Salesforce Developer
to help build a scalable, structured, and future-ready Salesforce ecosystem supporting 70+ users across Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce development, integration, and architecture experience who can own custom development, improve technical standards, and support AI-powered automation initiatives within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing, developing,



and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including:
- Building custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled actions, Lightning components, and LWCs
- Designing and maintaining REST/SOAP API integrations with internal and third-party systems
- Leading Salesforce integration architecture discussions and documenting data flows, API specifications, and technical designs
- Supporting data migration, ETL processes, deployment pipelines, and version control practices
- Monitoring Salesforce org health, debugging issues, optimizing performance, and reducing technical debt
- Partnering with Admin, Sales, BD, Finance, HR, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities
- Designing and piloting AI-powered integrations using LLM APIs such as GPT-4, Claude, or similar platforms for document processing, lead enrichment, proposal automation, and intelligent workflows
