About the Role

As the Manager Brand & Media Communications at Tracxn, you will lead the company’s earned media efforts to drive high-impact press coverage and strengthen reputation. You will convert Tracxn’s proprietary data and insights into explicit, newsworthy stories for business, tech, startup, wire, and regional media, while managing end-to-end journalist engagement and issue response.

This role is focused on earned media and journalist engagement. It is not content marketing, digital marketing, or social media position.

Key Responsibilities
- Media Strategy & Planning: Create monthly and quarterly media plans to drive consistent, high-impact coverage across business, tech, startup, wire, and regional outlets.
- Content Development: Write and edit press releases,



media notes, founder quotes, bylines, FAQs, fact sheets, and briefing documents.
- Media Management: Handle media interactions end-to-end — from pitching stories and scheduling interviews to managing approvals and tracking outcomes.
- Data Storytelling: Convert Tracxn’s research and data into simplified trend reports and insights to secure tier-1 placements and recurring media opportunities.
- Events & Engagement: Organize press briefings, roundtables, webinars, and media interactions; manage logistics and post-event follow-ups.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor coverage quality, message pull-through, backlinks, referral traffic, journalist engagement, and share of voice; refine plans based on insights.
- Reputation Management: Monitor media and social channels for risks and opportunities; prepare holding statements and response frameworks for issues or crises.
