A. ROLE SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate quality leads for the company’s industrial equipment business. This role requires strong expertise in social media management, paid and organic digital campaigns, analytics, and cross-department coordination.

1. Social Media Management

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

· Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with company goals and industry events

· Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and qualified manner

· Create compelling graphics, videos, and written content that showcases our products, services,



and company culture

2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Paid Campaigns

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B industrial sector

· Manage and optimize Google Ads, social media advertising campaigns, and other paid marketing initiatives

3. SEO & Website Management

· Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings

· Manage company website content and ensure regular updates

· Monitor keyword performance and website traffic to identify areas for improvement

4. Analytics & Reporting

· Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital marketing channels using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics
