Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Business Development (Sales & International Client Relations) to drive business growth across international markets, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.

The role will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead qualification and prospect engagement to proposal submission, contract negotiation, project conversion, and ongoing client relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess solid B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing long-term client relationships and generating revenue growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, networking, strategic partnerships, and outbound outreach.




- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Present company services and value propositions effectively to decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop customized commercial proposals, presentations, and solution offerings.
- Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage the complete lead-to-conversion process.
- Track prospects through various sales stages and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare estimates, project scopes, and proposals.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective opportunity management.
- Convert qualified opportunities into successful projects and long-term engagements.

International Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the US, UK, and Australia.
- Act as the primary point of contact
