Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Officer role based in Bhubaneswar, Jharsuguda, and Jajpur, Odisha. The Sales Officer will identify and approach potential customers, explain Finnable’s products and services, and guide prospects through the application and onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include generating leads through various channels, managing sales pipelines, coordinating with internal teams on documentation and approvals,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, addressing queries and concerns, and supporting channel partners to drive consistent sales performance. The Sales Officer is expected to meet defined sales targets, follow established processes, and uphold Finnable’s standards for professional and ethical conduct.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and provide clear, helpful information.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and close sales efficiently.
- Background in Channel Sales, with the ability to collaborate with partners and support their efforts to grow business.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or consumer lending is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar (5), Jharsuguda (1), and Jajpur (1)
