What makes you a solid candidate:
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Communicative competence, Active listening.
- You are a novice in Databases.
- English - Conversational
- Marathi - Fully fluent
- Hindi - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, colleges, training institutes, agencies, and local talent networks.





Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess their suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Follow up with candidates to minimize interview drop-offs and offer declines.

Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and collect feedback.

Build long-term relationships with colleges, placement coordinators, agencies, and referral partners.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily MIS reports.

Support multiple hiring mandates simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.

Continuously improve sourcing strategies to deliver quality candidates faster.
