Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
- Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Recent graduate from a non-technical background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts,
including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
