We are looking for highly proficient German-speaking professionals to support customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) for a leading hospitality and reservations operation.

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• German proficiency: B2/C1/C2

• Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre Operations, Reservations, Travel, Hospitality, or Sales

• Comfortable working in European shift timings

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Must be ready to relocate to Delhi

⭐ Preferred

• Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Travel, or Reservations

• Exposure to CRM, PMS, or Reservation Systems

• Prior experience handling German-speaking customers
