Job Title: M365 Power Platform Developer (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), and custom connectors. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable low-code solutions, enhancing SharePoint with custom components, automating workflows, and integrating systems across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) to meet business requirements
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud flows, scheduled flows, approval workflows)
- Create and manage custom connectors to integrate with external APIs and services
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, relationships, and security roles
- Develop SPFx (SharePoint Framework) solutions, including web parts and extensions
- Customize SharePoint Online UI/UX using SPFx, React, and modern web technologies




- Develop end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft 365 & Power Platform ecosystem
- Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure services, and third-party applications
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of applications, flows, and SPFx components
- Implement security, governance, and best practices for Power Platform and SharePoint environments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create documentation, user guides, and provide training/support to end users
- Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability
