Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for driving revenue growth across StayBird’s service apartments, business hotels, and guest houses. The role involves identifying and developing new corporate and travel trade accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and negotiating room and long-stay contracts.



The Sales Manager will conduct regular sales visits, prepare proposals, and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with operations and marketing teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and implementing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and average room rates. The role also includes representing StayBird at industry events, conducting property tours for prospective clients, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality sales or corporate sales, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or travel and tourism.
- Robust skills in client relationship management, account management, and business development.
