The Sourcing Specialist supports the development, management, and evaluation of suppliers to ensure the delivery of quality products and services at competitive costs. This role is responsible for analyzing supplier performance, maintaining supplier databases,



supporting sourcing strategies, and contributing to cost optimization initiatives. The individual will assist in supplier selection, supplier performance assessments, contract administration, and commodity lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

What You Will Do

Supplier Management
- Support the identification, qualification, and development of suppliers to meet business requirements.
- Maintain supplier records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate supplier capability, quality, delivery performance, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and participate in supplier improvement initiatives.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Assist in the execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support RFQ/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and supplier selection activities
