What You ll Do: As our International Sales Manager, you will be a key driver in expanding the global presence. You ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing international sales strategies in key geographies.
- Identifying, onboarding, and managing distributors and strategic partners.
- Leading B2B sales with hospitals, military, emergency services government agencies.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth market entry across regions.
- Conducting market research to uncover trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Representing the company at global trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Managing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and regulatory teams.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets with effective pipeline management.





What You Bring:
- 3 4 years of international sales experience, preferably in medical devices, trauma care, or emergency safety kits.
- A robust network within hospitals, military, emergency services, and distributor ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in market development and strategic partnerships.
- Experience with tenders and government procurement is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- A degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
