Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
- Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
- Deploy and manage Win32, Microsoft Store, and Microsoft 365 applications through Intune.
- Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.
- Configure Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Implement security baselines, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint protection policies.
- Configure Windows Update Rings and Feature Updates.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy deployment, and application deployment issues.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and endpoint management.
- Monitor device compliance and generate reports.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams for endpoint support and security compliance.
Skills Required:
- Robust experience in Microsoft Intune administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MDM, and MAM.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and application deployment.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, BitLocker, and Microsoft Defender.
- Experience with Windows Update management.
- PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
