About the Role:




The Process Operations Analyst will support the Customer Success Operations function by owning CRM process adherence, data hygiene, and operational escalations. The role will work closely with the Manager – Customer Success Ops and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system accuracy and timely issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of process, data, and coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM & Process Governance: Monitor HubSpot process adherence by ensuring accurate deal

stages, close dates, and key fields, while identifying and escalating process gaps or inconsistencies.

• EMIS Data Management: Download and update daily EMIS data (order volumes, GMV, merchant

details) in HubSpot to maintain accurate dashboards and reporting.

• Deal & Merchant Data Accuracy: Align HubSpot deal records with EMIS merchant data post golive to ensure reliable GMV tracking, reporting accur
