Operating at the intersection of finance and technology, our Finance & Accounts function plays a central role in the companys growth and governance.

Role Summary

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants to join our Finance & Accounts team in Hyderabad. This is an all-round finance role designed for fresh CAs: over the first 12–18 months, you will rotate through Finance & Accounts, Audit & Assurance, and Taxation, building end-to-end ownership of the company’s finance operations before specializing based on aptitude and business need.



You will work directly with senior leadership and gain domain exposure to the fintech and microfinance industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance & Accounts
- Manage month-end and year-end closing; prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and the Companies Act, 2013
- Prepare monthly MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review
- Maintain general ledger hygiene – bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations; fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flows, and working capital
- Anchor the statutory audit – prepare audit schedules, respond to auditor queries, and drive timely closure

2. Internal Controls and Taxation
- Execute internal audits and process reviews; test internal financial controls (IFC/ICFR) and recommend improvements.
- Draft and update SOPs, risk registers, and control documentation.
- Track implementation of audit observations through to closure.
