Role Description
The Assistant Manager HR role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for manufacturing and support teams.



Responsibilities include maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing attendance and payroll inputs, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The Assistant Manager HR will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also includes preparing HR reports and documentation, supporting audits, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
