Job Description:

Architect
- 4 to 6 Yrs of experience in residential buildings
- Coordinate with external architectural consultants from concept design through project completion.
- Review architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and specifications for accuracy, constructability, and compliance.
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and Faade consultants to resolve design conflicts.
- Conduct design review meetings with consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure drawings are issued as per project schedules.
- Review material specifications and recommend suitable alternatives without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with Site, QS, Purchase, Sales, CRM, and Legal teams for design-related requirements.
- Monitor statutory approvals and ensure design compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues.

Interior Designer




- 8 to 10 Yrs of experience in residential interiors
- Coordinate with interior design consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review concept presentations, material boards, working drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Ensure interior designs align with company standards, project budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Civil, Sales, CRM, and Procurement teams.
- Review mock-ups, material samples, and vendor submissions.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure execution matches approved designs.
- Support value engineering and material selection.
- Resolve design-related issues arising during execution.
- Ensure timely issuance of drawings and revisions.
- Maintain design documentation and approval records.

Project Design Coordinator
- 8 to 10 Yrs of experience in residential buildings
- Prepare and monitor the overall design delivery schedule for assigned projects.
