Job Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished Technical Lead with 10+ years of overall professional experience in implementing, supporting, and managing portfolio management and capital market technology platforms. The successful candidate will lead complex technology initiatives, system integrations, workflow automation projects, and platform enhancements while partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.

This role requires solid expertise in capital market systems, business analysis, solution design, Microsoft SQL Server development, system integration, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering technology solutions that support investment management operations, portfolio management processes, and enterprise business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Solution Delivery
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of portfolio management and capital market platforms.




- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Evaluate client workflows and identify integration opportunities across applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Design and document functional and technical specifications for custom developments, system integrations, and platform configurations.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on platform architecture, integration design, and best practices.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
