THE ROLE
You'll be the sole human designer, orchestrating dozens of AI agents that build interface components and concepts in parallel while you focus on strategy, systems, and taste.
This is a real shift in how design gets done your leverage isn't a bigger design team, it's an AI workforce that doesn't sleep. We'll teach you the technical side (GitHub, Claude Code, MCPs) from day one; what you bring is the design craft and the instinct for what to build and the final eye for UX that is consistent and pleasant to use.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead as the sole human designer, orchestrating dozens of AI agents working in parallel.
- Direct AI agents generating hundreds of component variations while you focus on strategy.
- Use instant behavioural feedback from virtual users to test and refine designs in seconds, not weeks.
- Build and maintain atomic design systems that both humans and AI agents can execute against.
