About the Role

To strengthen our Finance & Accounts function, we are seeking an accomplished finance professional with deep expertise in manufacturing accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and business finance. This is a leadership prospect for an individual who combines technical excellence with commercial acumen and a proven record of long-term organizational commitment.

Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Accounts.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Oversee manufacturing accounting,



inventory accounting, costing, WIP, and finished goods valuation.
- Prepare MIS, budget variance analysis, profitability reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure Income Tax and GST compliance.
- Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and Cost Audit.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting governance.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Drive ERP-based accounting process improvements.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) OR
- Master of Commerce (M. Com) from a recognized university.

Required Skills
- Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience.
- Age: 40–45 years.
- Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company.
- Preferred industries: Steel, Metals, Cement, Engineering, Heavy Manufacturing, Process Industries, Building Materials.

- Mandatory Career Stability: Applicants must have a minimum continuous tenure of 4–5
