About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong manufacturing finance expertise, a commercial mindset, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning process.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership.
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast) and provide actionable business insights.
- Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales,



and operations teams to improve business performance.
- Develop financial models for business planning, recent initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
- Monitor key business KPIs, profitability, margins, working capital, and cash flow.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions.
- Support pricing decisions, business cases, and investment evaluations.
- Collaborate with Finance Controlling and Accounting teams during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support Capex planning, ROI analysis, and project financial evaluations.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning, and analytics.
- Ensure high-quality financial data and maintain governance over planning processes.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
