Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner who can independently manage the Bangalore location and act as a strategic partner to business leaders. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR generalist experience, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to drive people initiatives that contribute to organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary HR partner for the Bangalore office and support business leaders in achieving organizational objectives.

● Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals and organizational growth plans.

● Independently manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including

● goal setting, performance reviews, calibration discussions, and performance improvement plans.

● Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D;) programs to enhance employee

capabilities and leadership readiness.





● Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide effective people solutions.

● Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

● Analyze workforce trends, attrition data, and employee feedback to recommend actionable

improvements.

● Support organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

● Act as a change agent and help drive adoption of new HR processes, systems, and technologies.

● Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.

● Facilitate conflict resolution, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns in a professional and timely manner.
