Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes,



conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various roles within TheSmartBridge. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective job descriptions, and ensure a smooth, inclusive candidate experience. The recruiter will maintain and update candidate databases, manage communication with applicants, and support onboarding activities. In addition, the role may include contributing to employer branding initiatives, attending career events, and providing recruitment metrics and insights to support talent planning.

Qualifications
- Recruitment experience of 1-3 years is mandatory.
- Candidate should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
