Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with robust expertise in Order Direct-to-Consumer (OD2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD, integration with SAP Commerce Cloud/CX, and end-to-end order fulfillment processes. Experience in Syniti Data Migration and large-scale SAP transformation projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD processes for Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C/OD2C) business scenarios.
- Work on end-to-end order processing from digital storefront order capture to billing and invoicing in SAP S/4HANA.
- Integrate SAP SD with SAP Commerce Cloud (CX), EWM, FI, and other SAP modules.
- Manage sales orders, pricing, ATP (Available-to-Promise), delivery processing, and billing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP SD solutions.




- Support warehouse fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and Goods Issue (GI).
- Perform data migration activities using Syniti, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP SD with SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Direct-to-Consumer (OD2C) processes.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CX) integration.
- Knowledge of ATP, pricing, shipping, delivery, billing, and returns management.
- Integration experience with EWM, FI, MM, and other SAP modules.
- Hands-on experience with Syniti Data Migration tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- SAP SD certification is a plus.
