Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated and transparent-spoken Telecaller to join our team at Veeraghavan & Co. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact existing Veeraghavan & Co. home loan customers to introduce insurance options.
- Cross-Selling: Pitch and explain the benefits of relevant insurance products (such as home insurance or life insurance) to existing loan holders.
- Consent Verification:
Ensure clear communication to obtain and record the customer's consent for the insurance policy.
- Customer Support: Answer basic queries regarding the insurance product and explain how it secures their existing loan.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of calls made, customer responses, and successful conversions in the system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong communication and convincing skills in the required regional languages/English.
- Good listening skills and a polite, professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle customer objections smoothly.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking calls.
