Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager – Digital Platforms to own the strategy and hands-on execution of customer-facing digital products across mobile apps, web platforms, and future connected services.

You will own the roadmap and day-to-day backlog for products that improve ownership experience, service engagement, customer retention, and lifecycle value, working directly with UX and Engineering through the full product cycle rather than one step removed from delivery.



This role requires someone who can translate real customer needs and Honda business operations into practical, high-impact digital solutions, and who is equally comfortable in a stakeholder review and a sprint planning session. You will work at the intersection of product, customer experience, engineering, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product management for the 2W and 4W mobile apps and web platforms, from user story definition through to shipped feature
- Define product roadmap aligned with Honda motorcycle and automobile business priorities
- Translate customer pain points, operational realities, and business needs into product requirements and user stories
- Drive feature development across the customer lifecycle: purchase → onboarding → usage → service → loyalty
- Own and prioritize the backlog, working directly with engineering in sprint planning, grooming, and delivery
- Partner with UX on flows, wireframes, and prototypes ahead of engineering han
