Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company's sales and business growth.

This is an entirely office-based position.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, mining, and crushing equipment industries.
- Generate leads through various channels, including calls, emails, online platforms, databases, and business networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and sales teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business inquiries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.




- Achieve business development and sales targets as assigned by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports regarding business development activities and sales prospects.

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech. or
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, or in a similar position.
- Experience in the construction equipment, mining equipment, crusher machinery, industrial machinery, or infrastructure industry will be preferred.
