About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic female fresher to join our team as an asssistant for Commercial Vehicle Taxation. This role offers an excellent chance to build a career in legal documentation, government liaison, and commercial vehicle regulatory compliance.
The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for handling documentation and coordination related to commercial vehicle taxation, National Permits, vehicle passing, and other transport authority procedures, along with work at the Gurgaon District & Sessions Court.
No prior experience is mandatory. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle documentation related to commercial vehicle taxation and transport compliance.
- Assist in processing National Permits, vehicle passing, fitness certificates, tax renewals, and other commercial vehicle-related formalities.
- Coordinate with government departments, transport authorities, and relevant offices for document submission and follow-up.
- Visit the Gurgaon District & Sessions Court for filing, collecting, and tracking legal or administrative documents as required.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of applications, permits, receipts, and official correspondence.
- Prepare and verify documents before submission to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Follow up with clients and government offices regarding application status and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and official documents.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
