Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads generated through Meta campaigns, Google campaigns, the company website, referrals,



and other marketing channels. The role involves engaging with schools, educators, parents, and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, scheduling product demonstrations, and driving sales for CognoSpace Experiential Learning Labs and Practiko STEM Kits.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
- Manage and respond to inbound leads generated through Meta campaigns, Google campaigns, company website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, decision-making process, and timelines.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Customer Engagement
- Connect with school management, educators, parents, and other stakeholders through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions from CognoSpace Experiential Learning Labs and Practiko
