Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics AI Video Creator to produce high-quality animated and AI-assisted video content for digital platforms. The role involves understanding requirements and using appropriate tools to create animated videos featuring custom effects and social-media-optimized outputs. The ideal candidate combines solid storytelling ability with hands-on experience in animation tools, AI video generation, and modern visual production workflows to support and enhance our digital learning platforms.

Experience Eligibility
- Any degree or certification in a design field.
- 0-2 years of experience in motion graphics and video creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Motion Graphics Animation Production
- Create engaging animated videos using industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Animate / Blender (as applicable).
- Add visual effects, transitions, motion graphics,



text animations, and sound sync.
- Convert scripts and concepts into compelling video narratives.
- Generative AI Content Creation
- Design and produce AI-generated images and videos using modern AI tools for visual storytelling, motion scenes, backgrounds, and characters.
- Stay updated with emerging AI video and animation technologies to optimize workflows.
- Educational Media Instructional Design
- Design curriculum-based learning materials, explainer videos, interactive designs, and eLearning content.
- Utilize specialized design platforms such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Canva, and WordPress.
- Lifecycle Format Management
- Handle the complete video creation lifecycle from concept to visual design, animation, editing, and final output.
- Produce videos optimized for websites, digital platforms, and social media channels (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
