Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.
- Plan and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, events, PR, and social media platforms.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels to drive qualified leads and optimize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize budgets based on KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and website content.
- Plan and execute product/project launch campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing collateral.
- Develop marketing calendars and oversee timely execution of campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and customer insights to support marketing strategy.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital partners, influencers, and media houses.
- Prepare campaign reports, marketing dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Business Development, and Design teams to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
- Drive innovation by identifying recent marketing trends, technologies, and customer engagement opportunities.

Job Requirements :
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in integrated marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.
