As a key member of the Finance team, you will provide strategic financial oversight, lead fund and statutory compliance operations, and support leadership with data-driven financial forecasting & planning. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements — including cash flows, balance sheets, and capital statements.
- Deliver timely Financial MIS reports for board review and senior leadership decision-making.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations and all applicable statutory bodies.
- File periodic regulatory returns with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for foreign investments (FDI / FEMA regulations).
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and corporate income tax filings.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal, statutory, and tax auditors.

3. Portfolio Monitoring & Deal Operations
- Track financial performance metrics — including burn rates, revenue growth, and cash runway — across the portfolio.
